Klarna: Pay now is a fast and secure payment method.
You can make one-off transactions securely and immediately using your own online banking details. You can pay by Klarna, instant bank transfer or direct debit.
Klarna: Pay now is available for customers residing in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Finland* and Belgium*.
*Klarna: Pay now via direct debit is not available in these countries.
If you select payment by Klarna: Pay now, you have two payment options at your disposal that can be used quickly and securely:
- When checking out, select Klarna: Pay now as the payment method. The relevant order information from the online shop is automatically transferred to the secure Klarna payment form.
- After being redirected to the payment page hosted by Klarna, select the desired payment method. You can choose between instant bank transfer and direct debit.
- For instant transfers with Klarna, the online banking details must be entered in order to log in to the corresponding bank account. Once the payment has been confirmed, it is authorised in real time. You will then be redirected back to the online shop.

Please note that you must agree to the terms and conditions of the payment service provider Klarna and thus accept Klarna’s processes.
How secure is Klarna: Pay now
Klarna: “Pay now” is considered one of the safest online payment systems available. Klarna’s instant bank transfer is carried out using the proven online banking login process in conjunction with a confirmation code (TAN). This provides a high level of protection against misuse, as it can only be used once and then immediately loses its validity. The entry of online banking access data, such as PIN and TAN, is carried out exclusively in Klarna’s secure payment form. Sensitive data is never stored at any time. The transfer of data always occurs over secure AES-256-bit encrypted SSL connections. The TÜV seal “Certified Data Protection” and the certificate “Certified Payment System” confirm this highest level of security.
Refund after a return
If you return an item, the credit will be applied to the same Klarna account.
If your Klarna account is closed, we reserve the right to refund to your bank details. Unfortunately, another Klarna account or a different payment service provider cannot be used.
Refund after a cancellation
We will refund the amount of the cancelled items on your Klarna account.
Haven’t received a repayment, what now?
Please note that repayments can take up to 14 days to process. Therefore, check if you have already received a repayment to your bank account.
If you have not received a repayment after 14 days, please contact us to confirm your return or cancellation.
