How do I change my password, e-mail or name?

Would you like to change your name or password?

You can easily update the data via “Personal data”.

Has your delivery address changed?

You can change the address in your customer account under “Addresses” for future orders.

Would you like to change your e-mail address?

It’s very simple! Enter your new e-mail address under “Personal data”. For your own security, we will then send you a confirmation link to your old e-mail address so that you can confirm the change.

If you have received this e-mail without making any changes, please follow the instructions in the e-mail.

Note: It may take up to 3 hours before you receive the link – so please also check your spam folder.

You can confirm the change within 3 hours by clicking on the link. If the link is no longer valid, please request a new one via your account.
